ARGENTOPUNTOIT will ship within 24-48 hours after payment receipt. If this is not possible for temporary unavailability or for other reasons, the customer will be immediately informed by an e-mail about the timing of shipment. Shipments are made every afternoon, except on Saturdays and holidays. The articles are well-packaged so that they are protected in an optimal way.

For Italy , the shipment is made with:

SDA express at the fixed cost of 9 euros (including insurance and delivery in 24-48 hours).

For : Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Canada , United States, the shipment is made with:

  International Courier FedEx at the fixed cost of 25 euros (including insurance).

For : Australia and Japan, the shipment is made with:

  International Courier FedEx at the fixed cost of 50 euros (including insurance).

The shipping costs are charged to the customer.

For items weighing up to 350 gr and falling in standard measures it is possible to send by Registered Mail by Posteitaliane (ask for costs).

 The customer will receive an e-mail with the number code of shipment for its traceability.

N.B. Upon receipt of the parcel be careful if it is intact and in perfect condition. If , on the contrary, there are cuts, lacerations or tears, sign conditionally: verify that the product is intact and if not contact us immediately at argento@argento.it  for the appropriate instructions.
