All our products are of high quality and provided with a certificate that guarantees its authenticity and originality. They are also provided in their original box.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied of purchase for any reason, you have the right to close the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason. The withdrawal must be shown within 10 working days (30 abroad) from the receiving of purchase, by sending a recorded delivery to the following address:

and must be preceded by an e-mail to: argento@argento.it specifying the item number and the article you want to return. The costs for the restitution will be charged to the customer. The amount paid for the purchase will be fully refunded, net of costs. The total cost (including shipping costs) will be totally reimbursed if the restitution had been caused by our mistake. The reimbursement will be made through PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

RETURN POLICY in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described above, is properly exercised if they meet the following conditions:

- Products must not be used or damaged;

- Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging
