Parcels are dispatched six days a week Monday to Friday - All parcels paid for will be dispatched the following morning. The only day we cannot ship is Sunday.

UK SHIPPING: All parcels are sent First Class Recorded Mail - All parcels have a tracking number and require signature on delivery.

Postage costs include a nominal amount for packaging and associated costs. You will pay for the most expensive item and any additional items are eligible for combined postage.

We use standard padded envelopes and small boxes. For multiple purchases you will not pay more than £3.00 for a box for cosmetic items. For large and heavy items please refer to individual listings

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All parcels are sent on an International Signed for Service. This service is trackable and ensures safe receipt or in the event of any missing parcels ensure than we can claim via Royal Mail for missing items and damages. All parcels will require a signature on receipt.

For cosmetic items postage is £5.50 for the first 3 items - IF the items are small and they weigh less than the next postage band we will not charge you additional shipping on extra items. You will not pay more than £6.00 for a small box with multiple cosmetic purchases.
